I had to wait quite a while to hear back, and the response wasn’t super helpful when it finally came through. It wasn’t the worst experience, and they were polite enough, but I was hoping for a little more guidance

I was a bit disappointed with my order, honestly. The fabric I received wasn’t the one I ordered, and one of the items was missing altogether. I get that mistakes happen, but it was still frustrating to deal with. Not sure I’d order again.

"I want to stick with Fabricville, but the prices are hard to justify"
I’ve shopped at Fabricville for years, so I wanted to feel good about ordering from them again. But when I looked at some basic fabric and notions, the prices just seemed way too high for what I was getting. Even with the sale tags, once shipping and taxes were added, it didn’t really feel like a deal anymore. I still like the brand and part of me wants to keep supporting them, but it’s hard when I can find similar items cheaper at local shops or other websites. At this point, I’d probably only order if I really couldn’t find what I needed anywhere else

I went on the site thinking there would be more fabric choices, but the selection felt kind of thin to me. Maybe I was just being too picky, but a lot of it seemed similar, and I couldn’t really find what I was looking for

I ordered cotton fabric, but after washing it, it felt really thin and rough, not what I was expecting at all. I also reached out to support and it felt like they just copy-pasted a generic reply, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be buying fabric from here again

"The sales feel a bit misleading sometimes"
I do still shop on Fabricville now and then, especially when they’re advertising a sale, but I’ve learned to double-check everything before getting too excited. A price will look great at first, and then it turns out it only applies to certain colors, or you need to be a member, or there’s some other catch. that feels a little unfair to customers.
A few times, the so-called “big sale” price didn’t even seem much lower than what I remembered seeing before. Then once shipping gets added, whatever savings I thought I was getting can disappear quickly. I don’t think it’s right to make deals look more generous than they actually are.
That said, it’s not a terrible site, and I’ve found fabric there that I genuinely liked. I just wish the pricing was more upfront and the sales felt honest instead of making you do the math to figure out if you’re actually saving anything.

This order was a headache. It took way longer than expected, and I barely got any updates the whole time. I kept checking like, okay is it even coming?? Not doing this again tbh.

"Loyalty program really isn’t worth the hassle"
I signed up for the loyalty program thinking it would actually save me some money, but the points barely add up to anything. What’s more annoying is how aggressive the reminders are, constant emails and notifications pushing me to use points or buy more stuff. It feels more like a hassle than a reward.

I’ve had a good experience with the fabric selection itself, and I do like the choices they offer. The frustrating part has been the online stock. Twice now, I’ve ordered items that were listed as available, only to get an email later saying they were actually out of stock. When that happens, it throws off my project planning because I usually order with a specific timeline in mind. I’d feel a lot more confident shopping here if the inventory online was more accurate.

The product descriptions did give me some useful info, but i don’t fully trust the overly polished wording companies use on clothing pages. Some of the fabric details still felt vague, especially when it came to thickness and how much stretch there was. I ended up having to guess more than I wanted to. It wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish they included clearer, more practical details

I had a bad experience in the store, i don’t think I’ll be going back. I try to be fair and understand that everyone can have an off day, but the way things were handled just didn’t feel right as a customer.

I was just placing a small order, but the shipping ended up being way more than I expected. It kind of made the whole thing not worth it, honestly. I’d only use this again if the total actually made sense for my order, but yeah, that part was weird and annoying.

"Love the store, but the website is frustrating"
I really like shopping here, but the website can be such a pain to use. Pages load slowly, and the filters don’t always work right, especially when I’m searching for fabric. One time my cart refreshed and wiped out a bunch of stuff I had added, which was ridiculous. I can still get through the checkout, but it’s definitely not the smoothest shopping experience.

"Felt stuck with a poorly packaged order"
My fabric arrived in this super thin mailer that was already ripped open along one side. There was basically no protection, so the fabric ended up getting dirty during shipping. It’s really frustrating because I paid for nice fabric, and then I’m left feeling trapped dealing with a mess that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

"Return ended up being a headache"
I ordered some fabric online, but the color looked different than what I was expecting when it arrived. I figured returning it would be straightforward, but it turned into more of a hassle than it needed to be. Replies took a while, and I only got my refund after following up again. I know returns can take time, but the whole thing felt disorganized and not very helpful. Probably won’t order from Fabricville again…

"I went in hoping to get some help..."
I went in hoping to get some help picking out the right fabric, but the staff didn’t seem very interested. Compared to other fabric stores where someone usually asks what you’re making and points you in the right direction, this felt cold. One staff member just pointed toward an aisle and walked off, so I ended up wandering around for a while and left without buying anything. Maybe they were just busy that day, but it still came across as rude and wasn’t a great experience.
